Evaluation Contracts
Reliable Home Maintenance provides annual evaluation contracts that include periodic evaluations of your home and up to four hours of labor to repair any defects at no additional charge. A written report with an estimate, if required, to repair any defects noted during the evaluation is provided at the time of each evaluation.

Maintenance Projects
Reliable Home Maintenance provides contracts to complete home maintenance projects of any size. Our team concentrates on weather related damage, roof leaks, siding, windows, doors and decks. No job is too small or too large for the Reliable team. Just contact us with your request and we will put our guys to work to meet your home’s needs. Maintenance projects can be estimated with a contract price or completed on an Time & Material basis – we set out to meet the needs of our customers, so our staff will work with you to determine the best plan of action for your individual needs.
